To make the egg color reach 13 degrees, matching the Roche fan, yellow pigment (the base color) and red pigment should be added. (Half wheat)
The classification and advantages and disadvantages of yellow pigment
1. Natural yellow pigment (marigold extraction): benefits and low cost; disadvantages include low effective content and cooked eggs, as well as rapid fading. Ask the manufacturer who provides lutein to add 2 kg of natural lutein per ton of complete-price material. Make a 2.5% premix for 80 kg per tonne.
The high amount of addition with the high cost is unsuitable for premix.
2. Artificial yellow pigment: advantages: high content, not easy to fade after cooked eggs. The amount of gelatin yellow (DSM), 80-100g of gelatin yellow, should be added per ton of complete price material; press 80g to add. It takes 3.2kg to make a 2.5% premix; the disadvantage is the high price.
The yellow pigment costs 36 yuan per kilogram, while gallium yellow costs 560 yuan per kilogram. The total cost of natural yellow pigment is 2880 yuan, while gallium yellow costs 1792 yuan. So it is recommended to use Galician yellow or a domestic brand of synthetic yellow pigment.
Red pigment
Red pigment manufacturers recommend 30-50 grams of complete-price material per ton and 40 grams of complete-price material per ton.
Conclusion: The final recommendation is to add 80 grams of synthetic yellow pigment and 40 grams of synthetic red pigment per ton of full-priced semi-wheat material. (It also depends on what the egg is used for, whether it needs to be cooked, and then the color.)
